During the scorching summer, Erika Nishino, a married insurance saleswoman, is out there tirelessly working to meet her sales targets. As the period for performance evaluation approaches, she continues to relentlessly develop new clients, but is consistently met with rejection. Back at the office, she is harshly reprimanded by her boss for failing to meet her sales goals. However, after being encouraged by her sick husband at home, she resolves to visit the clients who previously rejected her once again.
