In the exaggerated parody film, "Bussy the Vampire Layer" is just an ordinary high school girl played by a 30-something actress. Her mission is to find and have sex with every vampire she encounters. In her first mission, she meets the powerful Sydney Screams band and their enormous, pulsating hermaphroditic penis. After Bussy does her best to have sex with the vampire, she quickly discovers that the situation has reversed. She is suddenly bitten and turns into a hermaphroditic vampire herself. What a disappointment.
